Some solid core wire was much easier to line up with the holes.

The PIO is ready for installation but I don't have one ATM. All floppy disk interface components are replaced by headers for the MegaBee daughter card

pbuff 3.2 rev E front panel layout185 viewsthis is the front panel layout I used for my pbuff 3.2. this is not the recommended case, but a metal one.
when I restore it the green LED will be removed, and a red illuminated mains power switch installed instead. the layout will be more like the original; the right hand knob is a rotary A-B switch to select which computer input to use. I might use a toggle switch during restore because this one is a bit mushy now.
